Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?

Upon your arrival the property should be spotless with clean bedding and clean towels on the beds and the garden and pool well maintained. If you find anything is not to your satisfaction, please inform us within the first 24-hours of arriving at the property. Upon arrangement our Cleaning and Garden Services will ensure that the house is cleaned daily, the boma area free from burnt fires and the outside seating area cleaned and free from cobwebs. The Housekeeper usually arrives around 8.30 and has her own key to gain access to the house. Please confirm prior to your arrival should you require additional cleaning services that is at a cost of R 250 a day.
